Mart in the Park: Saturday July 25, 2020 9:00am-3:00pm in the Library Park in Madison, SD.

Booth: A 10’ by 10’ area of the park will be sectioned off for each vender. The cost is $50 for the first booth space, and $35 for each additional space. NO tables, chairs, or canopies will be provided for venders, so please supply your own. Electricity is available, at a cost of $20, but is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

Set Up: Saturday morning 6:15am until 9:00am at Library Park; 209 East Center; Madison, SD 57042 Sales Tax: All venders must collect and report their own sales tax. A Special Event Tax Form will be provided. Tax rate is 8.0% (4.5% state, 2% city, 1.5% tourism).

Refunds: If a vendor reserves a space but does not show up for the show and/or fails to call and cancel by July 1, 2020, then no refund will be issued. No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled because of inclement weather.

Rain or Inclement weather plan: Show may be cancelled, or rescheduled to Sunday, July 26, 2020.
